hmmm... paper number two already?!

Focus: Daft Punk's Rock Opera, Interstella 5555.

I will give my attempt at interpreting the meaning behind this inspiring film. As a Japanese animation, it is full of exaggerated features, long legs, and huge hair. And you can't forget the evil villain. But it also has some really cool connections between technology and society. The futuristic technology that brings two completely different universes together is pretty cool. But I don't want to spoil the ending.

I think this will be good, but be sure to link the film to concepts you've been encountering in the reading and discussions. (A good balance would probably 20% summary, 30% interpretation, 30% theory, and 20% "what it all means" kind of wrap-up--that's just a guide, but the point is don't make it all summary or even all summary and interpretation, ok?)
