Handmaid's Tale- Second Half

The second part was a little bit easier to read because Offred didn't seem like so much of a robot anymore. She started standing up for herself more or less, as evidenced by her encounters with Nick and getting things off the black market. In the end, she is taken away in the black van, and we have no clue what becomes of her. There are so many unanswered questions left at this point. I definitely hope that Offred is somehow being rescued and reunites with her family.
